Overview

Who are they

The People

One of two large entities in Low Tharim, the Seorin are the people of the Haenryeong Empire. The Seorin Emperor, or Hwangjae, rules over four independent kingdoms, each in turn ruled by one of his four loyal children. The people of Haenryeong are duty-bound, with military service encouraged for regular folk and mandated for those with magical proclivities. They bond with the terrifying Deinotheriidae, whom they arm and use as mounts to march on their neighbors. While Deinotherium are horrifying to encounter, it is their chilseong geom wielding magical infantry that are responsible for their military success.
